Owned and operated by entrepreneur Noelle Boyle, The Lash Lounge is a premier beauty destination specializing in customized lash and brow services across four Austin-area locations. With a focus on natural lash health, customization, confidence, and empowerment, the salon offers a range of services, including lash extensions and lifts, brow lamination, tinting, and permanent makeup. Beyond beauty, The Lash Lounge emphasizes creating a supportive work environment, nurturing professional growth, and fostering a strong sense of community among its team and guests.
Challenges:
When Noelle began expanding her business, she faced unexpected challenges with traditional banking institutions. Despite having an excellent credit history, her prior bank declined her loan application, which she needed to open a new location. “I was personally offended,” she recalls. “My credit score was over 800.” Facing a setback and a tight timeline, Noelle worried that her dream of growing The Lash Lounge might have to be put on hold.

Determined to continue building her business, Noelle’s goal was to secure reliable financing and find a banking partner that shared her values of care, connection, and community. Through an introduction from her landlord, Noelle was connected to Keystone Bank’s CEO and Founder, Jeff Wilkinson, who personally met with her to discuss her business needs. Within a week, Keystone Bank had approved her loan—helping her open a new Lash Lounge location and move all her accounts under one roof.
Since partnering with Keystone Bank, Noelle has enjoyed streamlined financial management, proactive support, and a genuine relationship with her bankers. “This is basically the salon that Keystone helped build,” she says. “Without that loan, I don’t think I would have been able to open my Cedar Park location.”
Her business has since grown every year (including through the trials and tribulations of the COVID-19 pandemic) and earned multiple Best of Austin awards and national franchise recognitions. “It’s been a refreshing and productive partnership,” Noelle reflects. “Keystone is personal, supportive, and robust.”
