The Digital Banking Operations Analyst will support our digital/online and mobile banking tools across Keystone Bank. They are responsible for understanding current state digital on-boarding processes and online banking functionality to drive deposits and improve the overall customer experience.


  • Strong knowledge of consumer, commercial and cash management products
  • Supports the Digital Banking Officer by researching current and emerging consumer and commercial bank deposit products, digital banking, technology, and industry trends and makes recommendations to position the bank accordingly
  • Participate in and coordinate individual projects and related activities to ensure projects progress on schedule
  • Responsible for documentation of current business processes, metrics, and process changes
  • Effectively analyzes, designs, develops, tests, debugs, implements, maintains and/or enhances new or existing systems through reporting and documentation
  • Performs initial and ongoing due diligence for digital banking vendor relationships as prescribed by the bank’s third-party risk management framework.
  • Manages outside digital banking vendor relationships and holds vendors accountable to quality standards and service level agreements.
  • Analyzes customer usage of the bank’s digital products and services, and works with marketing to increase engagement and product utilization
  • Maintains adequate communication regarding project status, risks, issues, and priorities with project sponsors and leadership
  • Serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures within the digital channel
  • May lead projects and may provide training to front line staff to achieve project milestones and objectives
  • Assist with QA responsibilities during new product implementation and scheduled releases/upgrades
  • Back up and support the Digital Banking Support team as needed


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of business analyst experience in banking
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-4 years relevant business analyst work experience in banking preferred
  • Expertise in MS Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create requirements document and test plans
