We’ll feature personal accounts like FREE checking accounts that pay higher interest rates, cash back, credits in iTunes, Google Play and Amazon. Business accounts will have a top-of-the-line cash management suite and checking accounts designed to reduce fees. We’ll also be introducing new services for both personal and business accounts online and through our new mobile solution.
HOW WILL THE ACQUISITION IMPACT CUSTOMERS AND THE COMMUNITY?
Your account number will stay the same, and we’re working to ensure a seamless transition with minimal changes to your day-to-day routine. When you visit bankkeystone.com to login to your account, your login ID will stay the same. Your temporary password is the last 4 digits of your social security number or Tax ID number. After you first login, you will be prompted to reset your password. Online Banking will be available Monday, May 13.
You will need to download our new banking app by searching Keystone Bank Mobile Banking in the Apple App Store or Google Play. We’re in the process of upgrading our mobile banking platform. To ensure you have our newest app, please download the version with the white icon (the blue icon is our old version). Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible for you.
WHO CAN I TALK TO AT THE BANK?
Your favorite people from Green Bank will still be here to serve you. Your banker can be reached at the same phone number and will be ready to serve you at the same branch during the same business hours. We’re here to serve you in the same way we always have, but with increased convenience and strategic solutions.
WILL THERE BE ANY CHANGES TO MY BUSINESS OR PERSONAL ACCOUNTS? WHAT ABOUT MY CD? SAFE DEPOSIT BOX?
Our goal is to make this transition is as smooth as possible. All checking, savings, money market, CD and loan rates will stay the same; however, a few things are going to change. You should have received a new debit card with a new debit card number. You will also receive a final statement from Green Bank. Your first statement from Keystone Bank will arrive two weeks after your final Green Bank statement.
WILL MY ACCOUNT AND ROUTING NUMBER CHANGE?
Your account number will stay the same. On May 13, 2019 your routing number will change to 114926151.
WILL I GET A NEW DEBIT CARD AND PIN?
Yes! You should have already received a new debit card with a new number. When you get your new debit card, you can choose to keep your existing PIN or change it when you activate your card via phone or by using it at any ATM beginning Saturday, May 11.
WILL MY GREEN BANK DEBIT CARD WORK DURING THE TRANSITION TO KEYSTONE BANK?
No. Your Green Bank debit card will work until midnight on Friday, May 10. Beginning Saturday, May 11, you’ll need to use your Keystone Bank debit card. You will receive these in the mail during the weeks leading up to the transition.
WILL MY GREEN BANK CHECKS WORK DURING THE TRANSITION TO KEYSTONE BANK?
Your Green Bank checks will continue to work until August 9, 2019. We’ll send you new FREE Keystone Bank checks within a few weeks of the transition date. To reorder checks, visit ordermychecks.com or contact your local branch. All new checks ordered will be Keystone Bank checks.
WHERE DO I GO TO ACCESS ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING?
ONLINE — visit our website at www.bankkeystone.com to log into your online banking account. Make sure and select the “Austin Hartland Plaza Branch” option when you log in. You will keep the same username you have now for online banking. You will need to use a temporary password the first time you log in to online banking. Your temporary password is the last 4 digits of your social security number or Tax ID number. After your first login, you will be prompted to reset your password. Online banking will be available on Monday, May 13.
MOBILE — you will need to download our new banking app by searching Keystone Bank Mobile Banking in the Apple App Store or Google Play. We’re in the process of upgrading our mobile banking platform. To ensure you have our newest app, please download the version with the white icon (the blue icon is our old version). You will keep the same username you have now for mobile and online banking. If you have not already set your password by logging into online banking, you will need to use a temporary password the first time you log in to the new app. Your temporary password is the last 4 digits of your social security number or Tax ID number. If you have already set a password in online banking, you can use that same password to log into the app. Mobile banking will be available on Monday, May 13.
WILL MY SCHEDULED AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS CONTINUE?
Yes! Your bill pay history and scheduled payments will stay in place during and after the transition. Going forward, we suggest double checking through your mobile or online banking account to make sure nothing has changed.
